I stayed for a full week, and while the service is excellent, there are several aspects that could be significantly improved: • The beds are too hard, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep and potentially causing bone pain. • Regarding the pillows, I tried both available options and ended up with severe neck pain, as neither was suitable for sleeping. • There are no power outlets near the desk, forcing guests to work from the bed. • The air conditioning has a setting that turns it on and off constantly, creating a lot of noise. • While the hotel’s environmental policy is understandable, they didn’t change the sheets even once during my stay. Given the high cost of the stay and the extreme temperatures, this should be done more frequently. • The front desk staff often seemed distracted. • The public restrooms are made of frosted glass, but it is still possible to see silhouettes of people using them, which is highly uncomfortable. This forced me to return to my room every time I needed a restroom, making me lose valuable time in meetings and activities due to unnecessary travel.

The hotel is large with full facilities from pool, gym, dry and wet sauna and private jacuzzi. The staff go out of their way to provide service and support the guest experience. They are so friendly and efficient - it’s a high quality Hilton. Room was large, clean with a fantastic Mountain View. Great products too! Breakfast was delicious and filling! We had lounge access due to our Hilton honours -they were just exceptional in the lounge- very good quality food for dietary requirements and personalised drinks! It confynset up. It was just a perfect stay! Thank you!
